Interior Designer
Ahmedabad · Full-time · Design studio
Own concepts from start to finish, including space planning, material palettes and 3D visualisation, for corporate fit-outs across India. You will work closely with the site team, not just on mood boards.

Project Manager — Fit-out
Pan India · Full-time · Live sites
Run live sites to tight schedules, including contractor coordination, quality control and client reporting. You are responsible for the deadline, the snag list and the handover.

Site Supervisor
Pan India · Full-time · On site
Manage day-to-day execution on site: scheduling trades, checking workmanship and closing snags before handover. The site is your workplace.

Business Development Manager
Ahmedabad / Remote · Full-time · Client side
Build relationships with corporate clients and IPCs, and take each brief from the first conversation to a signed proposal. You will be selling a team that builds what it designs.

One call with the hiring lead, then an office or site visit if it is the right fit. We discuss real projects, not puzzles.

If we decide to hire you, we act quickly. You will know your city, your team and your first project before you join.

How do I apply?
Use the application form on this page. Choose the role, city, experience and notice period, then attach your resume. We strongly prefer a portfolio or LinkedIn link, as a CV alone is rarely enough.
What should I send in my portfolio?
Designers: space plans, material palettes and 3D visuals of projects that were built. Project managers and site supervisors: project schedules, site photos and handover records. Business development: briefs you converted into signed proposals.
Do you hire freshers?
Yes, if your work is already strong. Select 0–2 years in the form and send studio or internship work we can assess. Most site and project manager roles need experience on live projects.
Which cities are you hiring in?
Right now we are hiring in Ahmedabad for the design studio and business development, and across India for project management and site supervision. Business development roles can be based in Ahmedabad or remote. Select Other / Remote if you are willing to relocate.
How long does the process take?
We reply within five working days if your portfolio is a good fit. A typical process is form → review → one conversation → office or site visit → offer. We do not set long assignments.
I do not see my role. Can I still apply?
