Quick Furnish is a team of commercial interior designers who also build. Founded by IIT Roorkee alumni Piyush Dixit and Vivek Kumar, we take a floor from 3D design through procurement, execution and handover — one contract, one programme, one point of accountability. Most office fit-outs hand over in 6–8 weeks.

Commercial spaces, considered from every angle.
We are not a studio that hands files over a wall. We are the designers who stay for the BOQ, the civil, the MEP, the joinery and the keys.
From the Ahmedabad studio — with hubs in Mumbai and Gurgaon — the same programme runs across 25+ Indian cities. A proprietary project system tracks the job in real time. 3D visualisation is signed before a wall comes down.
Clients such as Bajaj Finserv, Digit Insurance, BDO, UltraTech and OYO come back because the date on the programme is the date they occupy. That is the 100% retention figure, and the reason we still answer the same number after handover.

Who is Quick Furnish?
Quick Furnish is a design-first, turnkey commercial interiors firm. We design and build offices, co-working, retail, cafés, hospitality, build-to-suit and healthcare spaces across India — one contract, one programme, one point of accountability.
Who founded Quick Furnish?
Piyush Dixit (Founder & CEO, Growth & Strategy) and Vivek Kumar (COO, Operations). Both hold a B.Tech and MBA from IIT Roorkee. Piyush owns the commercial conversation; Vivek owns the site. That split is the firm.
What does design-first, turnkey throughout mean?
The drawing is signed before procurement. The BOQ is auditable. Civil, MEP, joinery and furniture run as one programme. You do not get a pretty 3D and a separate contractor inventing the rest. Design and execution never work separately.

How long does an office fit-out take?
Most office fit-outs hand over in 6–8 weeks once drawings and BOQ are signed. The exact date depends on carpet area, MEP complexity and long-lead furniture. We put that date on the programme before we start, and we hold it — 99% on-time delivery.
