Local delivery
Mumbai punishes bad planning. Floor plates are expensive, service cores are tight, and building managements enforce narrow working windows and strict material-movement rules. We plan Mumbai projects around those constraints from day one — pre-fabricating joinery off-site, sequencing deliveries into permitted hours, and designing for the density the rent demands without making the floor feel cramped.
Mumbai projects are run from our Mumbai office, so the design team, project manager and vendor base stay the same from brief to handover. You get one point of contact and one programme, not a chain of subcontractors.
Mumbai map
We survey the building first — Grade-A towers in BKC and Lower Parel need landlord-approved drawings and licensed contractors; older stock in the suburbs needs tight sequencing around restricted working hours.

Our Andheri East studio delivers turnkey commercial interiors across BKC, Lower Parel and the western suburbs — planned around restricted hours and tight cores.
01
Andheri East runs design, vendors and site, not a fly-in team.
02
BKC and Lower Parel need landlord drawings and licensed contractors; we handle the fit-out manual.
03
Prefab joinery off-site so noisy work fits the building window. 6–8 week typical handover.
Method
Site survey to snagging, with a live tracker so you always know where the floor stands.
01
We walk the site, read the lease, and interview the people who will use the floor. You get a test fit and a realistic budget band before anything is designed.
02
Concept, material palette and a 3D walkthrough you can stand inside. Nothing goes to site until you have signed off on what it will actually look like.
03
A single team executes — civil, MEP, joinery and furniture — against one programme, with daily site reporting into a live tracker.
04
Snagging closed, drawings and warranties issued, defect liability held. We stay reachable long after the invoice is settled.
Questions
Can you work within Mumbai buildings' restricted hours?
Yes. Most Grade-A Mumbai buildings restrict noisy work and material movement to defined windows. We plan the programme around them and pre-fabricate joinery off-site so on-site time is assembly rather than fabrication.
Do you take on BKC and Lower Parel projects?
We do. Both require landlord-approved fit-out drawings, licensed contractors and adherence to building fit-out manuals — all of which we handle as part of the turnkey scope.
How long does an office fit-out take in Mumbai?
Most Mumbai fit-outs run six to eight weeks from design sign-off to handover, and we routinely compress that to 40–45 days where the landlord grants continuous site access. Timelines are quoted after a site visit, not before.
What does commercial interior design cost in Mumbai?
We quote after a site survey and test fit. Specification, services scope and ceiling height move the number — you get a banded budget with the drawings, not a published rate card.
What is turnkey interior design, and what does it include?
Turnkey means one contract covers everything: site survey, space planning, 3D design, BOQ, civil work, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, MEP and HVAC, furniture, signage, snagging and handover. You sign once; we hand you keys.
When should we bring an interior designer into an office move?
Before you sign the lease. A test fit tells you whether the floor plate holds your headcount and meeting demand, and what the fit-out will cost — leverage on rent and fit-out contribution.
