Noida offers more floor area per rupee than the rest of NCR, which changes what good design means. Here the risk is a large, under-used floor rather than a cramped one. We plan Noida offices around seating density and daylight, so the extra area provides collaboration space and amenities instead of empty corridors.
Noida projects are managed from our Gurgaon office. The design team, project manager and vendors stay the same from brief to handover, so you have one point of contact and one programme. You do not need to coordinate a separate interior designer, civil contractor and furniture supplier.

Expressway sectors and Greater Noida: large floors planned for the right seating density and daylight by our Gurgaon team.
01
Our Gurgaon office covers Noida, Greater Noida and the Expressway area.
02
We plan large Noida floors around headcount and natural light, not empty corridors.
03
Turnkey service from drawings to furniture, with a typical handover in 6–8 weeks.
Method
Design, planning, procurement, execution and handover — with a live tracker so you always know the status of your project.
01
We visit the site, review your lease and brief, then design the space, including the test fit, concept, material palette and a 3D walkthrough.
02
One programme schedules every trade and date. Furniture, finishes and vendors are fixed to it, and nothing goes to site until you have approved the design and the BOQ.
03
A single team carries out the civil work, MEP, joinery and furniture to one programme, with daily site updates in a live tracker.
04
We fix all snags (small defects) and hand over the final drawings and warranties. We cover the defect liability period and stay available long after the final invoice is paid.
Questions
Do you take on large floors in Noida?
Yes. Zoning matters most on large floors, so we start with a test fit that confirms headcount, meeting-room needs and amenities before any design work begins.
Can you deliver in Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway?
Yes, with the same Gurgaon team. We include the longer travel time in the programme and logistics from the start, so it does not cause delays during construction.
How long does an office fit-out take in Noida?
Most Noida fit-outs take six to eight weeks from design sign-off to handover. Where the landlord allows continuous site access, we can often complete the work in 40–45 days. We confirm the timeline only after a site visit.
What does commercial interior design cost in Noida?
We quote after a site survey and test fit. The cost depends on the specification, the scope of services and the ceiling height, so you receive a budget range along with the drawings instead of a fixed rate card.
What is turnkey interior design, and what does it include?
Turnkey means one contract covers everything: site survey, space planning, 3D design, BOQ, civil work, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, MEP and HVAC, furniture, signage, snagging and handover. You sign once, and we hand over a ready-to-use office.
When should we involve an interior designer in an office move?
Before you sign the lease. A test fit shows whether the floor can accommodate your headcount and meeting rooms, and what the fit-out will cost. This gives you better leverage when negotiating rent and the landlord’s fit-out contribution.
